Titanus Cement Wall Company was founded in 1951 by four immigrants from San Marino, Italy - Luigi Vincenti, Pilade D'Allamo and Enzo and Conrad Mularoni. These four men left their native land in search of better economic conditions. They worked in various construction trades before collaborating and starting Titanus Cement Wall Company in 1951.

While striving to make the poured wall business more efficient, they pioneered a new system to pour foundation walls. This system used P & H Cranes to set large panels, which increased the speed at which wall panels were set and decreased the amount of strenuous labor on the job. Before long, many other companies adopted this style of setting panels, and it soon became the industry standard in the metro Detroit area.

Over the years, Titanus Cement Wall Company has poured over 50,000 foundations in southeastern Michigan. With the third generation of San Marinese now at the helm, Titanus still embodies the family-owned style and hard work ethic of its founding fathers.
